We’re here to help when you need it. If you have a disability, reduced mobility, a medical condition or just need some extra assistance, let us know at least 48 hours before you travel.
If you have a Blue Badge, ENCTS Card or Disabled Persons Railcard, you can get 25% off foot passenger travel and up to 20% off your vehicle ferry travel with us.
If you need to travel from the Isle of Wight to the mainland for an NHS-funded hospital appointment, you can get 50% off your ferry crossing with Wightlink, capped at £35 per leg for vehicle travel.

Across our ports and ferries, we have a range of facilities designed to make your journey more comfortable.
This includes Changing Places toilets at our Portsmouth Gunwharf and Ryde Pier Head ports.
Car parking is available at Portsmouth Gunwharf, Fishbourne, Lymington and Ryde Pier Head, while there is also a council-owned car park near our Yarmouth port.
