The ease with which the scanner can detect the QR Code is related to the brightness of the screen. If you’re having difficulty, increase the brightness to the maximum. The app should automatically increase the brightness when the QR code is displayed. To increase the brightness:

• On an Android phone, swipe down from the top of the screen and slide the brightness slider to the right
• On an iPhone, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and slide the brightness slider to the right

Yes, you can book inside the app using our mobile website. When you go back to the app and pull down the screen to refresh, the booking will be downloaded to the app.

While many of the functions in the app do require you to be online, others don’t. Without an internet connection you can view passes and bookings that were downloaded whilst you had a connection and show your QR code for check-in.

To login, update your account, view timetables, service status, next departure, make new bookings or download new bookings to the app you will need a working internet connection.

Yes, if it’s attached to your customer account you’ll see a Ticket Pass option in the menu when you log in.

If you are the account owner and have online access to your account, then yes. We do not support ‘cloning’ or adding the pass to other peoples’ apps at the moment.

Check the customer ID is the same. If it is not, contact us to get your accounts merged.

If the Customer ID is correct, give it a bit of time as sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes to synchronise from the booking system to your phone.

If you have a credit account with us, you won’t be able to add it to the app at the moment. You can still add your cash or personal account if you have one.

Pull down on the screen to refresh your bookings. Check it’s attached to the same customer ID you are using in the app. If you have multiple customer IDs, contact us and we’ll merge them for you.

Only bookings travelling in the next 120 days will appear automatically. For bookings more than 120 days ahead you can add it manually, just tap ‘Add booking’ and enter the booking number and the last name on the booking.
